( Purple Baby Banana Muffin ) Dialing down the machine, Akirra stepped off the treadmill and wiped the sweat from her face. She'd had a good run and now her thoughts were more straightened out than they had been before. Opening the door to the room and stepping out, she decided to go in search of the cafeteria.

I had just finished getting answers about why he didn't give them good maps. It is an experiment to see how they react to not knowing where to go. I see a resident walk out of the gym and I start walking over, "Hello, may I assist you?" I was told to ask residents if they need help even if they didn't seem like they did.

"Did you like the gym?" "I do. Do you leave it open 24/7 or only at certain hours? I didn't see a sign or anything there." She asked as she followed after the attendant. She felt more relaxed around this one than she did the other one, but maybe she shouldn't..

I turn a corner.

She gave the woman a small smile before walking past her and towards the cafeteria. "Oh! What's your name?" She questioned over her shoulder.

I walk to my room. I need to my friends back before they think I died or something since I haven't replied much today.

"Your welcome, and name is Rosalie Lovell." I say as I start going on my tablet texting back my friends on earth. Akirra nodded, mainly to herself, before walking into the cafeteria to get herself something to eat. Ainsley pushed open the cafeteria door in complete wonder; trying to find other people in this maze of a place was a tough work, but in the end he had figured out that most things had to be straight-forward. After seeing the attendant, Lovell, walk away from a girl, he figured that this had to be the place. Walking in through the doors, he saw the cafeteria laid out before him.
Everything was simplistic, in a minimalistic way. Stylish in the sense of white and black meshing well together, and his eyes took in the place before zeroing on the only thing that had colour beside the food: the girl from before. Picking up his food from the canteen, he walked easily down to where she sat before sliding in the seat opposite of her.
"What a maze this place is, right?"

Chewing the food she had in her mouth, she swallowed before giving him a small smile. "Took me almost thirty minutes to find my room. You'd think they want us to get lost." She chuckled in agreement.

His fingers picked at his food, a grin in response to her smile, but nodded in agreement to her words. "I even had to get help to find my room; the map's unreadable, my directional sense is out-of-whack," he waved his hand, nibbling at the edge of his toast. It tasted like the food at home; perfectly fine, whole-grain. "I'm most certainly there will be a conspiracy running amok in a week's time in this place. With young people like us, stuck in a place like this... Someone's bound to set a rumour loose."
Ainsley meant it more as a joke than anything, but it felt like it could happen. It was a tiny place, with a group of people; conspiracies were bound to happen whether they liked it or not. A shrug to his shoulders was all he could muster before holding out his hand to the girl in front of himself.
"Ainsley Morrison," he offered. "It's a pleasure to meet you...?"

This place doesn't give off the best feelings, so it's bound to happen eventually." She laughed a little. So maybe she wasn't the only one feeling what she did towards this place. She wouldn't start a rumor unless she absolutely certain how this place functioned, and even then she'd probably keep quiet. "Have you met any of the attendants yet?" She asked, a bit of curiosity as to if anyone had had an experience similar to hers make itself apparent in her mind and she sat back to finish with her food.

caspian His face became illuminated by the tablet in his hands; the screen lighting up under his touch, showing current status messages of the base. A hand covered his mouth as he tried to keep a yawn down, his eyes squeezing shut for a moment before he started reading the messages.
It was the typical. Oxygen tank, water tank-- over all happiness of the residents and workers. The clock beeped in the background, and he knew he had to get up from the bed; he had work to do. Dropping the tablet next to him on his bed, he rolled out and onto the floor, grunting as he heaved his sleep deprived body over to his duffel bag.
He tugged out a clean t-shirt, shrugging it on before tugging on his slacks. Presentable, responsible; those words were like a mantra to him as he stepped into his shoes, picking up the tablet before setting off to his wandering. Checking in on the different rooms, seeing to the cafeteria-- he brought his hand to the mapping of the place, concluding that everyone was accounted for in their respective areas.
Stopping up, he looked to one of his co-worker's door.
Letting his hand rested on pad, he opened the door for good measure as he spoke out to person residing in the room: "Knock, knock; Caspian's here."

Taking his cup of coffee, he drank it as he listened to her speak. It was obvious that he was not alone with the feeling that this place spoke of no-good.
"It's a weird vibe, that's the best I can describe it," he said, settling the cup down on the table. He felt better, knowing there were others that saw it how he did. "I have only met Lovell; she was the one helping me to my room. Overly professional, but kind in the same route."
She had been a surprise to him -- her quick to work and easy set questions -- but he wished he could have seen another side of the attendant, her professionalism like a big wall to his want to crack jokes. Oh well, there were always another time, he concluded.

Pushing her now empty plate to the side, she drank some of her apple juice before setting it back down. "I met her. She helped me get here from the gym. She seemed pretty nice. I had met another attendant, never caught his name, but he creeped me out a bit when I met him." She shuddered slightly at the thought. Something about that one didn't sit right with her. At least not all of her experiences with the people here were the same. Ainsley seemed really nice so far.

"Bothersome friend?" he asked, nodding to her tablet, leaning against the wall. "I came to check in on you, really briefly. Thought you'd like on getting to know your fellow co-workers."
With a mock salute, he allowed a laugh to press out, shaking his head. "No, but really. Is this a bad time for you, or are you just trying to play it cool?" With an arched eyebrow, he indicated towards her tablet.
