(The first time I read that, I thought it said frisky for a second XD) Stopping, she glanced over her shoulder to see an empty hall. "Thank goodness he left." She sighed, relaxing almost instantly and looking down at the apple. She loved apples. They were one of her favorite fruits. She just preferred to not take them from strangers. Approaching the door she had spotted, she inserted the key and smiled when she heard the door unlock. Pushing it open, she hurried into her room and threw the door shut behind her. (I love you) (XD Thanks Kit)

As an attendant I was told to just mostly take the 'cheery tour guide' role for the first week. I put on my name tag and grab my tablet where I can notes on people. But my main job is to just help people and take notes when no one needs help. I brush my hair while looking in the mirror.

Feets were planted onto white tiled flooring, he looked at the map in his hands; a clear dread was planted inside his stomach as he glanced at the closed door, seeing the others wander with a clear plan on their mind. Ainsley breathed in deeply before peering at his room number, tripping towards the direction he felt was the most correct one.
He didn't have the best directional sense, if he could say so himself. "Christ," he muttered, pinching the bridge of his nose. "These maps are pretty, fucking useless."

I finish getting ready and walk to the introduction area. They probably won't be anyone left but it's worth checking. I go into the area and see someone left behind, with pink hair? You don't see that everyday. I walk over to the person start to introduce myself. "Hello, I'm sorry if this is rude but you seen agitated. May I help you?"

"And I am horrid at directions, and all that, so if you could help me find my room..."-- he shrugged, letting a hand out in a general direction --"... then please; I'd love that help."

It's like a GPS for the place." I say. "Anyways what is your room number?'

The lost boy feeling inside was diminishing with the new knowledge. He had not even heard of it! "Wait-- wait, you say that there's an app?" he spoke with an exaggerated tone, smacking a hand to his forehead with a deep sigh.
"Why am I always the last one to know these things?"

He rubbed a hand behind his neck, his entire being just feeling like it was crumbling away at the question; had he not been there? Wetting his lips with his tongue, he crossed his arms across his chest, looking away from the attendant and her obvious name-sign. "I believe I must've missed it," he told her earnestly, but took to give her a hesitant smile nonetheless. "But I was there for the orientation, I might've just been spaced out. Well, I don't really know how I missed out on such information, miss."

I don't want them going into where it might be dangerous. I see the directions pop up on my tablet. "Follow me please." I say as I start walking towards the hall where there rooms are.

Redness ran down his neck as he tried to avoid the onslaught of questions that the attendant had. It was pretty embarrassing to know that he had missed out on something, and being left behind in the main hall with a pretty useless map that would bring his directional sense in an overdrive. He pressed his lips together as he listened to her, her questioning where his fellow residents may have gone off to. He stared at the door with a slight frown at his eyebrows.
"I think they had better directional sense than I do," he answered her question, but allowed himself to drop his shoulders in relief as she started leading him down towards the bedroom. "Thank you so much for helping me to find my room, miss; I would have been lost and probably sucked out into the space if you hadn't found me in the end."

I hope you enjoy your stay here. And if you want to get the app it's called 'moon base navigation'. It's a boring name but it's straight forward." I say and then I leave to go find the introduction employee to make sure that he told them about the app.

I say and then I leave to go find the introduction employee to make sure that he told them about the app. He was left by his lonesome self, his hand raised in a quiet "goodbye" wave, watching the back of the woman who had shown him to his respective room; his own quarters. Ainsley pushed through the door, watching the room unfold before his eyes. It was like any other room he had come over in his life, but it felt empty. Impersonal. Like it lacked the soul and the want to be "someone"'s.
His fingertips glided over the impeccable furniture, before falling to a stop. This was far too much for a young man like, far too much for him to create and make his own, and visualise. He breathed, heavily, before shaking his head: it was just a room. It was not a big deal.

She jumped towards the biscuit tin like a cat then proceeded to plop herself on the floor. Through a mouthful of biscuit she looked up and gave a closed mouth smile, her eyes crinkling slightly in the corners, before covering her mouth and muffling out a "Thank you." She held out the tin for Adara.
[Adara]
"No problem..."
Adara took a biscuit out of the tin and sat down beside the girl. And just like that; they were two random strangers munching on sweets together in a foreign Cafeteria.
AntedeluvianShe swallowed the last crumbs from her cookie and looked at the other girl for a moment, searching her face curiously "Why did you sign up?" Deluvian reached for another cookie, breaking it in half and taking a bite out of the first half.

Walking into her room, Akirra sat the apple on the edge of the computer desk and hurried over to her luggage and shuffled through it until she found the clothes she had been looking for. She wanted to go check out that exercise room. Slipping into the black tank and track shorts, she slipped her shoes back on and plucked the apple off the desk. After washing it off in the sink, she took a bite and headed for the door, phone in hand and a pair of headphones wrapped around it. Nothing about the apple tasted wrong.
Shrugging it off, she shut the door behind her and slipped the key into the waistband of her shorts, assuring herself that the door was locked before turning and heading back towards where she had seen the exercise room.

Roaming back through the halls until she found the exercise room, she smiled and pushed the door open. She loved coming inplaces like this when she couldn't go outside. Tossing the remains of her apple in the nearest trashcan, she walked over to a treadmill and unraveled her headphones; putting them both in and starting the music before starting the treadmill. She slowly turned up the speed until it was at a jogging pace and then left it alone. She'd stay at this speed for a while before turning it up.

Lifting up her sleeve, Adara wiped crumbs off of her cheek. Dara thought for a moment before deciding not to tell the full story. Rather than telling her of wishes to repay her brother for all he's done and pay for their parents debts, what she thought to be more sufficient words came out.
"I like money."
Antedeluvian
Deluvian crinkled her nosed and drew her knees up to her chest, looking straight at the other girl "No one actually likes money. We just like the things it gives us." She said, looking away and down at her hands. She reached for another biscuit to find the tin finished. Guess she should really work on how quick she ate.

After a few minutes of running, she turned the speed up a couple notches. Sweat now dripped down as she continued on at the faster pace. As she ran, she took that time to really begin thinking. Running always helped her think. The rhythm of her footsteps and the soft thudding sound of each footfall calmed her unlike anything else and it allowed her to open her mind to more things. She didn't like the feeling of this place. It was too clean. Too....... uptight and neat. It was suppose to be like a hotel; somewhere to stay and relax. A place for them to enjoy. Instead, it screamed laboratory more than it did hotel. A hotel was welcoming and comfortable. This place seemed more.. sterile and cold than a hotel should. Then there was the attendant she had met. Nothing seemed wrong with him in particular, at least not yet, but the way he had approached her startled her. He had just appeared out of nowhere, no warning or anything, like a ghost. She hadn't even heard him approaching her. Then he offered her food and, of all things, an apple. Her favorite fruit. That was most probably sheer coincidence, but it still didn't seem any more welcoming and comforting than anything else in this place. All it did was make her more suspicious. But maybe she was just reading into things too much. That's probably it, but being a bit cautious wouldn't hurt. With that decision in mind, she turned up the dial another notch and continued with her run.
